What does a User-Managed game server mean?

Our game servers are User-Managed, meaning we only offer support for control panel configuration. Our game servers come pre-installed with default configuration files. The control panel is capable of running nearly any mod and/or unique configuration. We do not offer support for any remote managers, maps, or mod installation, configuration and/or setup. We leave this up to the customer. This allows us to have a much lower over-head and the results are very low costing game servers for you to rent.

For server based configuration, modification, including third party installations (i.e. mods, maps, etc.), we recommend participating in our forums and/or seeking assistance from fan-sites as well as the author's web-site (the maker of the remote manager, mod, map, etc.)
